**Remote Delivery:
Some geographic service restrictions apply. In certain remote locations, delivery will be made to the courier's closest Pick-Up Centre from the shipment destination . Customers will be notified by the courier when shipments are available for pick-up. Other remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or change the delivery address. If the Postal Code has a 0 as a the second number, then it represents a remote location. Shipping within Canada
We generally use ICS Courier and for some areas Canpar. The delivery timeframes we have found to be pretty accurate. We encourage you to use your tracking number to follow orders. If you have a tracking number, it means The Bike Garage handed your order to a shipping partner.

Canpar and ICS are insured for damage or loss. Some items cannot be shipped by standard methods. Contact us to find out if your order requires extra freight. Ground, door-to-door service for large items or hazardous goods is also available, some restrictions apply.
Provincial and federal taxes are applied during checkout.
Delivery outside urban areas
Most orders ship from our Lindsay shop and may take 2–3 days to process, in addition to the delivery estimates shown. Estimates are most-accurate for urban centres. Post office boxes, rural or remote locations may take longer. Call to confirm shipping availability outside urban areas.

WHEEL and fender SHIPPING
Tires, wheels or fenders shipping charges are $15 per wheel/rim.
SHIPPING TO THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
WHAT SHIPPING DO WE OFFER?
We now offer shipping to the Continental U.S. using USPS. Shipping using this method offers delivery within 5-10 Business days plus reference number tracking.
HOW DO WE CALCULATE OUR SHIPPING?
All packages have a minimum flat rate of CAD$20.00 for deliveries within the Continental U.S. for small accessories and apparel. For larger/heavier items we calculate shipping on a per order basis. Contact [email protected]
We do not ship bicycles to the U.S.
OVERSIZE ITEMS

DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, brokerage and taxes levied on orders delivered to the United States.
PAYMENTS
Payments made to The Bike Garage will be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at the point of sale, customers credit card/PayPal will be charged in whichever local currency applies at their current advertised exchange rate.
RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
Refunds on returns or cancelled transactions are as follows: Cash, cheque & etransfer payments are refunded 100%, credit card or Paypal payments are refunded minus the 3% fee we are charged by the credit card processors on the original transaction.
All the ebikes, batteries, and accessories shipped to our customers are brand new factory sealed boxes unless explicitly stated in the product description or purchased on location from a demo session. We will never sell any open-box, refurbished or returned ebikes or any other ebike component as new product.
Before you return your product, please contact THE BIKE GARAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE for assistance. We can likely provide helpful suggestions to correct any issues you may have, but should we need to proceed with a return, a simple step by step procedure will be provided based on the product being returned.
Order Cancellation: Any unshipped orders (*excluding pre-orders and custom orders) can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the method of payment used for the order. If an order was partially fulfilled, then any unshipped portion of the order will be eligible for free cancellation with a full refund.
Returns of Unused Ebikes and Components: Unused ebikes and batteries are eligible for a refund within 10 days starting from the day you receive your ebike. They must be returned unused in the original box. The freight cost to return the ebike to us is at the customers expense. Returning an open box ebike, battery or accessory is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You are required to return your product in the same condition it was received and packed in its original packaging. The product is subject to inspection upon delivery and if deemed unsellable, or not in it’s original condition, and packaged in the same method, it will be sent back at the customers expense.
If packaging is damaged upon arrival, please take photos and videos from as many angles as necessary to fully show the damage of the packaging and contents. Send us the photos and videos for review and guidance on how to proceed. If the box arrives damaged, do not open the box until we have advised you that is is OK to do so.
You have 10 days to return any unused product purchased on our website. Refund is processed once we inspect the returned product.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Refunds for validated and inspected returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
Where do I send my return?
The appropriate information will be sent to you by email if you are looking to return a component or an ebike.
What if my order arrives damaged, or there is a fault?
Our team works diligently to make sure this never happens and the manufacturing facilities we use have stringent quality control systems in place as well as appropriate certifications and testing guidelines in place. If you do receive damaged goods, or have a unit with a serious and obvious manufacturing defect, please contact us here.
- Please contact THE BIKE GARAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE for all refund and exchange requests.
- Refunds will be credited by the same method, in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
- All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. THE BIKE GARAGE reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to The Bike Garage prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
- The Bike Garage cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
Any product not used, damaged or altered in any form within 7 days of delivery and in its original packaging is eligible for a return. Bike parts and accessories that have been mounted to a bicycle can not be returned/exchanged. Returned merchandise must include all hang tags, original packaging, paperwork, and must be packaged properly to avoid shipping damages.
If you picked your order up in store and prefer to return it in store please do! In-store returns and/or exchanges can take place on the spot and all the same guidelines listed below apply to both in store and online returns/exchanges.
For hygienic reasons the following items are a final sale and not eligible for returns:
Undergarments
If you are in doubt of sizing Contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to help you select the correct size.
We've helped thousands of customers over the years and have guided customers of all types and sizes into the right gear. With an intimate knowledge of each brand's unique differences in fit and/or sizing we can help guide you too.
You will not be charged any fees to send a product back. As a part of the return process you will be sent a link to create your return shipping label at no cost to you. We request that you package the item securely and in the smallest, most appropriately sized package possible. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
The Bike Garage does not charge restocking fees for products purchased from our brick and mortar store with the exception of the following products:
*Special Order Items - 15% restocking fees apply should you return or cancel a special order /back order item once it has been ordered for you..
This restocking fee may be applied to an in-store credit or gift card.
After we receive and complete an inspection of the product/s, The Bike Shop will complete the refund transaction within 1-2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email showing the refund amount. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.
SHIPPING/PROCESSING ERROR
Although we attempt at all times to fulfil your order accurately mistakes do happen. If we have shipped an incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. We will work with you to find the best resolution method.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Occasionally items may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We will work with you to organise shipping back to ourselves. Please do not use any damaged items and please keep all packaging received as this will assist any claims procedure.
WARRANTY POLICIES
We honour any supplier guarantee; if an item you have acquired from The Bike Garage fails please contact us so that we can determine if the item falls under the manufacturer's guarantee. For further information please see our Warranty Policy Page.

All sale items are considered to be final sale and can only be returned if damaged or under the manufacturer's warranty
